  • You'll be assisting with the delivery of User Access Management administration, enabling our bank to deliver an exceptional level of service

What you'll do

As Support Officer, you'll be assisting with the delivery of User Access Management administration, providing guidance to colleagues and project teams to support and deliver change requirements. As such, you'll be enabling our bank to deliver outstanding service for our customers

Day-to-day, you'll be:

  • Assessing and reviewing management information in order to complete analysis and deliver effective System Access administration
  • Proactively using your knowledge and experience to ensure efforts are being made to continuously improve and simplify Access Management and reporting
  • Making access to data simpler and stripping back access that is not required any more - also known as reviewing and cleansing
  • Managing enquiries received from stakeholders and taking ownership, ensuring clear guidance and support is provided
  • Identifying and escalating potential risks and operational issues as appropriate
  • Capturing and updating progress made so accurate tracking (MI) can be maintained and shared

The skills you'll need

This role requires team work, so you'll need to be able to work both collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, and on your own. You'll be able to adapt to new situations and use your own initiative, and you'll have an aptitude for applying logical and analytical thinking.

Along with this, you'll need:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to build strong working relationships
  • Knowledge of RBSI and it’s ambition, purpose and values as well as an understanding of RBSI's structure; it’s customer facing franchises and support functions
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • An inquisitive and investigative mindset

What else you need to know

Due to local legislation, you’ll need to possess the right to work status 'Entitled' or 'Entitled to Work' on Jersey to undertake this role.
