Join us in London as a Client Relationship Manager for Adam & Company

  • We’re looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to support a Senior Private Banker within Adam & Company on a 12 month basis
  • Working in this dynamic and client-facing environment, you’ll utilise your skills and experience to develop close and personalised relationships
  • You'll ultimately be supporting our clients' ambitions by delivering business expertise and making things simple
  • Adam & Company offers a discreet and sophisticated advice service designed to give clients the confidence that all aspects of their financial affairs are aligned for the long term

What you'll do

You'll act as a point of contact for high value clients, delivering a proactive client service to identify opportunities and build relationships. You'll liaise with key stakeholders to manage the end-to-end on-boarding process for new clients to achieve a strong first time yield, and will carry out relevant identity checks, review documentation and check mandates, challenging when necessary.

You'll also be:

  • Developing a network of internal and external stakeholders to help create new business opportunities both organically or through acquisition
  • Attracting new and potential clients, collaborating with internal stakeholders and existing clients to help the business grow
  • Undertaking care calls, and supporting the Private Banking team with the recording and resolution of client complaints
  • Supporting the Private Banking team with client service improvements, client focused initiatives and local sale management activity to maintain high client satisfaction
  • Preparing any client correspondence around complex credit applications, acting in accordance with the regulatory requirements and standards set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
  • Working as part of a unified team, supporting members in times of absence or heavy workflow as well as monitoring and controlling all activity within a regulatory framework

The skills you'll need

As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll demonstrate a good understanding and knowledge of the application of sales and marketing processes, relevant regulated and non-regulated products, services, procedures and reporting requirements, plus money laundering and compliance regulations.

We'll also be looking to you to demonstrate:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • An ability to build networks both internally and externally in order to achieve growth and win new business in a challenging environment
  • The ability to plan, organise and manage your time effectively under pressure

Above all, you'll bring a passion for meeting client demands, and you'll pair your integrity with a shared focus on delivering fair outcomes for our clients.
