The Business

We're looking for an Implementation Manager to join us in London

  • Join our Private Banking team and help us test and release management activities
  • You'll be maintaining holistic oversight of all data model harmonisation and remediation activities
  • Hone your existing analysis skills and advance your career in this exciting, fast paced role

What you'll do

Together with internal and external stakeholders, you'll be establishing an operating rhythm and forum to ensure the impact of data model changes are planned and factored in to functional and business release cycles. You'll be chairing these forums, and responsible for making sure any changes we make are replicated in downstream functionality.

You'll also be:

  • Supporting the team in the establishment and chairing of working groups
  • Ensuring test management activities are planned and executed within the P3M framework
  • Writing test plans and associated documentation
  • Working with the Senior Data Analyst and Head of IT and their teams to ensure quality training and communication artefacts
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the Private Banking business

The skills you'll need

You'll need experience managing a function previously, or to have worked in a change environment. You should have experience managing budgets and providing training, with an understanding of what it means to embed change and provide ongoing support.

You'll also need:

  • Experience in the Private Banking environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to evidence positive interaction with ExCo level colleagues
  • Proven knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Appreciation of test and release management disciplines
  • Strong MS Office and Project skills
