We're looking for a Selection & Success Analyst to join us in London

Opening Date: 15/05/2018
Closing Date: 12/06/2018
Competitive salary

  • In this role, you'll join a team in our Digital Channels and Campaigns arena, who are collectively responsible for the delivery of thought leadership across the digital channels
  • Join an award-winning department and platform that has a diversely experienced team, working together with a shared aim of delivering the best for our clients and organisation
  • Help to define, shape and deliver intelligent client segmentation for Private Banking (PB) campaigns
  • You'll use critical thinking skills supported by evidence and metrics to cut through complexity, and make sound decisions and recommendations that are carefully balanced against risk

What you'll do

As a Selection & Success Analyst, you'll collaborate with Campaign Managers in the design, planning, execution and monitoring of campaigns across PB utilising web, email, social media, display advertising and banker channels as appropriate.

The campaign element will see you focus on the digital delivery of content to meet specific client needs, and will be measured against pre-determined objectives and metrics.

Within the course of your work, you'll also:

  • Lead and risk manage segmentation of campaign audience across all relevant campaign channels
  • Drive insight from performance that will support the completion and evolution of campaigns
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and client touch points within a campaign
  • Develop an understanding of the strategic themes, products and services available within PB to support campaign planning and execution
  • Define, run and deliver key initiatives that support the on-going development of our campaign performance, channel and content delivery

You’ll also earn the confidence of your customers with clear expertise in your field – which you’ll maintain through proactive formal and informal learning – and astute advice communicated well.

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you'll bring both digital marketing knowledge, and excellent experience of managing projects and other complex initiatives. You'll be able to work as part of the wider team effectively, but also work in an autonomous manner, able to make decisions for the best outcome for both client and business. Ideally, you'll have experience in a regulated industry, preferably in financial services.

You’ll be keen to implement improvement, and will use the full extent of your knowledge and creativity to drive both incremental and radical innovation.

We'll also look to you to bring:

  • An astute attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mind-set
  • A flexible approach when working with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Experience of using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Excellent Excel skills
