What you'll do

The Private Banking Change Management team is a diverse group of change professionals with experience across Private Banking as well as the broader financial services industry. The team drives improvements across the Private Banking business as determined by our clients, our people, our strategy and our regulators. The key programmes of work are Banking, Credit and Financial Advice & Investment Solutions.

You’ll be responsible for undertaking analysis and gathering of requirements for complex projects that will be assigned to you for delivery, documenting detailed requirements in the Bank’s standard form. This will require two way communication with stakeholders and subject matter experts within the bank to discuss issues, desired outcomes and solution options and facilitation of key decisions.

You'll also:

  • Input to test planning, preparation and documentation, as well as evaluation of test results
  • Advise on the bank's change project structure and process, and on related IT systems
  • Support delivery of training and communications where required
  • Ensure comprehensive and timely submission of project input required from other areas
  • Provide analytical support to project managers

The skills you'll need

We're looking for someone with experience delivering transformational change in the banking industry using innovative digital solutions. You'll ideally have a background in the private banking or wealth management industry, and will have extensive practical project exposure as a senior business analyst, including responsibility for overall requirements capture on projects.

As well as your technical skills and expertise, you'll need excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with third party suppliers and across multiple franchises and functions. You'll also have a flexible working style allowing you to adapt your approach to suit the particular project environment.
