The Business

We're looking for a Wealth Analyst to join Adam & Company in London

  • Working with a team of experienced wealth managers and specialist advisers, you’ll manage the investment and relationship needs of our clients and ensure a bespoke and engaging customer experience
  • We'll look to you to research and analyse relevant data, maintaining accurate and up to date records and databases

What you'll do

You’ll support our wealth managers and wealth specialists in delivering thorough and straight forward advice to our clients on wealth structuring, investments, bonds and protection, and pensions and estate planning. In doing so, you'll be ensuring a superior banking experience throughout. You’ll also play a significant role in delivering our advice model in a commercial way, continually looking for opportunities for improvement.

More specifically, you'll:

  • Arrange investment and pension reviews, ensuring compliance with the relevant guidelines
  • Prepare client briefs and obtain necessary information and documentation before client appointments
  • Help to record and resolve any advice and service related complaints
  • Maintain high levels of understanding of the relevant regulation and bank processes
  • Proactively identify and manage or escalate any conduct risk issues
  • Earn the confidence of your customers through clear expertise in your field and astute advice communicated well

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with fantastic analytical and lateral thinking skills, combined with a great communication style and the ability and enthusiasm to learn quickly. You’ll be an accomplished networker committed to sharing knowledge, and able to use critical thinking skills to cut through complexity, and make sound decisions and recommendations.

You'll hold, or be willing to achieve within 12-18 months, a Level 4 via CII or CISI qualification. Experience in a role supporting a wealth manager or specialist would be ideal, along with a familiarity with financial planning tools.

We'll also expect:

  • Experience working with high net worth clients
  • Experience of writing or adding value to wealth reports
  • Appropriate technical knowledge of investment and financial planning products
  • A thorough understanding of client profiling, risk analysis and asset allocation
  • Strong numerical skills and meticulous time keeping
