The Business

We're looking for a Digital Platform Manager to join us in London

What you'll do

You'll be managing the day-to-day relationships of our third party white label platform partners and managing any and all administration activities as part of each platform. You'll also be supporting senior stakeholders to define, own and maintain a continuous roadmap of developments to our third party white label stack, aligned to the wider Digital Channels strategy.

You'll also be:

  • Working closely with front line colleagues and other relevant teams and functions to promote and educate clients on the benefits of our various platforms
  • Ensuring that all relevant and appropriate security scans are completed and acted upon
  • Collaborating with internal teams to prioritise small enhancements to our third party white label stack, as well as the larger developments
  • Utilising your strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Supporting key initiatives for the ongoing development of our third party white label platforms

The skills you'll need

You'll need an understanding and experience of website design and content management systems as well as an understanding of user experience design. You should also have an understanding of digital marketing principals and measures, including SEO best practise and use of social media platforms.

You'll also need:

  • Experience of using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience of interpreting data and making meaningful recommendations and conclusions
  • An understanding of and interest in financial services
  • Clear and effective communication skills
