  • You’ll have an opportunity to develop your risk knowledge as well as knowledge of local laws and regulation in the countries we cover

What you'll do

As a Wealth Cross Border and Regulatory Change Associate, we'll develop your knowledge and skills so you can provide cross border advice to front line colleagues in line with local laws and regulation, monitor and manage relevant training and travel requirements and perform key controls to manage cross border risk. You’ll also play a part in developing our cross border risk framework as well as managing day-to-day queries.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Providing cross border advice to front line colleagues
  • Executing cross border controls to make sure we work within Wealth's risk appetite and are compliant with UK regulation and local laws and regulation
  • Supporting the development of the cross border controls framework
  • Supporting the delivery of regulatory analysis for Wealth businesses

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ideally, you’ll also bring experience in understanding and translating legal or regulatory communications or have a background in risk.

You’ll also need:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
