  • This is an opportunity to join us as an Implementation Manager in the Business Transformation Team
  • You’ll be working in partnership with a range of stakeholders of varying seniority across the Wealth Businesses
  • It’s a chance to hone your existing change management and business readiness skills

What you'll do

You'll be responsible for implementing and embedding change into the business by making sure that changes are thoroughly understood, smoothly implemented and that the lasting benefits of change are achieved.

You’ll focus on the wider impacts of change on people and how they move from the current state to the new one, as well as preparing and owning all implementation plans and resource plans.

You’ll also:

  • Prepare and deliver communication, training and support model plans for a range of strategic programmes and tech-enabled change projects as part of the Masterplan.
  • Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
  • Make sure that there is a clear understanding of the reasons for change
  • Work in partnership with the relevant department to develop training needs driven by change, and planning when and how this will be implemented along with the wider implementation plans
  • Own, define, establish and coordinate the project implementation management process and all the business readiness and change activities according to implementation plan

The skills you'll need

To join us in this role, you’ll need a detailed knowledge of change management, particularly business readiness, and communications and training.

You’ll also need:

  • Experience of internal change implementation
  • Confidence working with senior leaders to support in delivering change in their teams
  • Excellent communication skills, building presentation and training materials
  • Project management skills
  • Deep understanding of digital strategy and enablement
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and be able to juggle multiple priorities at once
